Returns

If you would like to make a return, just head to Your Account → Orders, select the item you'd like to return, and request a refund directly from there. You’ll be redirected to our return portal, where you’ll receive a one-time code to access your order.

It may take up to 1–2 business days for us to process your return. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please keep your return receipt until your return is confirmed.

If you haven’t received your return instructions and return label within one (1) business day, please contact our Customer Service at hej@hoolsson.com.

Return Criteria

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, including sale items.
• A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund* (see below).
• Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Returns that are used, damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and could be returned to you.

Return Fees

A return fee will be deducted from your refund based on your location:

• Within Sweden — 80 SEK
• Within the EU — 150 SEK
